What I achieved in this space
Three separate European entities had signed their own Salesforce contracts. Requirements were similar, but the contracts had different SKUs, pricing structures, and renewal moments – making it hard to manage demand and impossible to leverage volume.
I was asked to integrate this into one coherent agreement for Europe, with governance IT, Procurement and the Business could all support.
I aligned requirements across countries and stakeholder groups, then studied the Salesforce licensing model to challenge what we really needed. I also used external benchmarking to validate price levels and discount brackets. Based on that, I structured a consolidated negotiation and designed a clean SKU set and pricing baseline for all entities.
Result
We moved from three separate contracts to one European agreement with aligned SKUs and pricing, and volume discounts locked in. Improving cost predictability, simplifying renewals, and strengthening our position for future growth.
