My drivers and promises
After 21 years at Toyota Motor Europe, I felt it was time to explore new challenges, so I chose to start my own business. I wanted to bring my vendor management expertise as a more personal, hands-on approach to customers.
At Toyota I learned to put the Customer at the center of everything I do, so I continue to align stakeholders early and keep execution moving until the result is delivered.
About me
I chose Connect the Dots as the name for my company because I want to bring structure and discipline to sourcing while looking for creative, pragmatic solutions.
In the past, I’ve led renewals, audits, and multi-country contract consolidation end-to-end, working closely with the CIO and managing significant IT budgets.
From my manufacturing and automotive background, I bring knowledge from across the entire business Value Chain, having dealt with customers from different areas of the business.
I want to build bridges between IT, Procurement and Business and communicate clearly with C-level leaders. I translate detail into decisions.
What I do: Run process, build templates, negotiate, set governance, work with your teams and grow their capabilities.
What I bring: A lightweight, execution-oriented and low bureaucracy engagement.

Get clarity on your vendor landscape
This is how I deliver against three service pillars: improving TCO, building stronger supplier relationships, and unlocking sustainable contract value.
